West Star Aviation is making many of its STCs – which cover types including Citation, Challenger, Learjet, Embraer, Falcon, Gulfstream and Hawker models – available to third-party installation centres.
“This is a unique opportunity we are offering for a limited time,” said Dave Feuerhak, technical sales manager, avionics, at West Star. “Access to our extensive library of STCs will allow other MROs to complete installations and upgrades that were previously uneconomical due to the high cost and time required to develop their own.”
Each STC will be issued for one-time use with a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and will be specific to each aircraft and associated serial number.
