Embraer has held an awards ceremony to recognise its best suppliers of the year in 10 categories. The event took place during the Embraer Suppliers Conference (ESC) – an annual conference focused on strategic alignment with the supply chain.
“With a strong and aligned supply chain, last year proved our ability to deliver ambitious goals and set new records,” said Roberto Chaves, EVP of global procurement and supply chain, at Embraer. “But shaping the future means staying ahead – by embracing challenges, anticipating risks, applying lean principles with safety first and quality always, and standing together to drive efficiency across our businesses. We shape the future by acting today with collaboration, purpose and vision.”
With the theme ‘Together we shape the future’, the ESC highlighted the fundamental role of suppliers as strategic partners in a year of “significant challenges, where collaboration and operational efficiency were key to achieving great results”, Embraer said.
“2024 challenged us in many ways, but it also pushed us to achieve more than ever,” said Chaves. “What lies ahead holds even greater potential – and with this exceptional team, we’re ready to unlock it.”
The awarded suppliers also become part of the Suppliers Advisory Council (ESAC), a strategic committee in which suppliers and Embraer’s senior leadership discuss market trends and business opportunities.

With suppliers in more than 60 countries and an extensive base, Embraer holds the awards every year as a way of recognising the efforts of the entire supply chain. This year, F/List (of Austria) won the interiors category. Other winners were Numen (Brazil) for indirect supply; Hexcel (USA) for standards and materials; Fastwork (Brazil) for subcontract; and Kawasaki (Japan) for structures.
Meanwhile Garmin (USA) won for electrical and electronic systems; GE Aerospace (USA) for mechanical systems; ASE (Italy) for programme development; Fokker Services (Netherlands) for services and support; and FACC (Austria) for outstanding collaboration.
