King Aerospace appoints new director of technical services
King Aerospace Commercial Corporation (KACC) has appointed Gary Hodak as director of technical services. Hodak will be based at KACC’s corporate offices at Addison Airport in Texas, USA, overseeing large aircraft refurbishment programmes at the firm’s modification facility in Ardmore, Oklahoma, to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Hodak’s responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with all avionics, OEM and special-mission equipment manufacturers.
“I’ve known Jerry King [chairman and founder of KACC] since he was president of Associated Air Center and I know his commitment to customer and employee satisfaction. I am looking forward to working in a positive environment and with a growing business,” said Hodak. Hodak previously served as director of avionics at Associated Air Center. During his 23 years there he held various positions of increasing responsibility, including managing numerous Boeing Business Jet and Airbus avionics and systems modifications.
KACC’s facility can handle wide-body airframes and virtually any size of business aircraft, including Boeing Business Jets and Airbus equipment. The facility has four hangars, which incorporate a large aircraft paint bay, as well as aircraft modification and refurbishment shops. The facility is an FAA Certified Repair Station.
